This tool, called mudi, prioritizes mutation candidates by analyzing genome re-sequencing data. Mudi also annotates the information of amino acid changes. To detect mutation efficiently, mudi recommends the backcrossed segregants linkage analysis. Subtraction analysis requires genome-sequencing data of parental and mutant strains .
